Windows Tip: Customize folder shortcuts
If your Windows desktop is peppered with shortcuts to frequently-used folders, customize how they behave by tweaking the shortcut's properties.
Automatically select a file within the folder on launch or enable the more helpful multi-pane Explorer view on launch with the /Y and /e parameters. The CodeJacked weblog explains how.
